Our liability pursuant to any claim or demand by you whatsoever in relation to the products shall be limited to, at our election, (a) repair or replacement of the products or (b) a credit or refund of the price you paid us for our supply and fitment of the products. Under no circumstances shall we have any other liability to you whatsoever arising out of or in relation to the products including without limitation any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage or loss of revenue or profits.
